-ต 28 : Marfan syndrome -> V tach today, defib ฟื้นภายใน 1 ครั้ง เจาะ ABG – HCO3 = 7 !!! พี่อู๋ให้ HCO3 2 amp bolus then condrip. ตื่นเต้นมากๆๆๆ
